What has UPS announced?
An official notice on UPS’s US service alerts page gives 28 September 2026 as the start of Quantum View Manage’s retirement. UPS describes the transition as automatic and warns that shipment details and old reporting, notification and alert settings will no longer be accessible. This announces the start of the process, not completion for every account worldwide.
What should you check?
Open My Choice for Business following UPS’s instructions for your account and check that the shipments you need are visible. If your team used regular reports, make sure colleagues know where to get the information now. Do not assume old settings remain available.
If something is missing, contact UPS support with your account reference and the specific function involved. Do not send passwords or access tokens in correspondence.
Who does this affect?
Primarily businesses that used Quantum View Manage. The migration notice does not itself establish a change to an individual parcel’s delivery or the end of ordinary tracking.
If you book through another platform, ask whether the reports you use are affected. A change to one UPS interface should not be assumed to affect every tracking method.
