After 2022, five notable players remain in the UK→Russia market. Each maintains a warehouse in the UK or Europe, accepts parcels from individuals, and ships them onward through a chain of carriers.

**TopParcel** — that's us. Our UK warehouse is in Ipswich, plus hubs in Germany, Italy, Spain, and Turkey. We compare rates from 30+ couriers for each parcel.

**BPD Express** — Germany. One warehouse near Berlin, specializing in EU→CIS. A strong point is their transparent duty calculator.

**Forward2me** — UK. Large audience for shopping redirects, mainly UK brands→worldwide. They ship to Russia, but without an active focus on the CIS.

**Meest UK** — part of the Ukrainian-Canadian Meest group. UK warehouse, historical focus on Ukraine, but they also ship to Russia.

**PMPaket** — Germany, warehouse in Leipzig. Niche focus on Germany→CIS, with lengthy educational posts in their blog.

Prices for a Typical Parcel

We'll take a 2 kg parcel of clothing from London to Moscow, using an Economy rate.

Prices are approximate, as of April 2026. We all offer discounts for volume and for consolidating multiple parcels. A difference of £2-7 for 2 kg isn't a disaster, but on expensive parcels, the percentage difference is greater.

Delivery Times

Economy UK→Moscow typically takes 14–21 days with everyone. Express is 7–10 days. The difference between services isn't so much in the average number, but in how many parcels arrive within the promised timeframe, and how many get stuck.

From our experience in 2025: 87% of Economy parcels UK→Moscow arrived in 14–18 days, the rest in 19–25. It's harder to check competitors — there are no public stats, so check reviews on Trustpilot.

Warehouse Locations

If you don't live in London, it's important how far you have to ship the parcel to the warehouse. TopParcel accepts parcels in Ipswich (2 hours from London by train) and has a pickup point in London. Forward2me has several UK offices. BPD and PMPaket accept parcels in Germany, which is an extra hop for a sender from the UK.

If you're shopping from British stores with free Royal Mail delivery, a UK warehouse is far more advantageous. If you already live in continental Europe, DE warehouses are more convenient.

Support and Language

All five offer support in Russian. TopParcel and Meest also have WhatsApp and Telegram channels. BPD is primarily email and Telegram. PMPaket is email. Forward2me is English first, with Russian support less responsive.

Response times during working hours for TopParcel and Meest are usually up to 15 minutes on WhatsApp. The others take several hours by email.

Who is Each Service Suitable For?

If you're shopping from British stores, making regular shipments to Russia or Kazakhstan, and need support in Russian, choose us or Meest UK.

If you live in Germany and need one warehouse for the entire CIS, choose BPD Express or PMPaket.

If you're shopping once from a single UK store and Russian language isn't critical, choose Forward2me. Their downside for us: they're 30-40% more expensive for the same thing.
