To send a parcel from the UK to Russia in 2026, you'll need a consolidator: a courier picks up the parcel from you in London or Manchester, takes it to their UK warehouse, combines it with others, and sends it to Russia through a chain of carriers. Royal Mail, DHL, FedEx, and UPS do not currently accept private parcels directly to Russia.

How much does it cost?

The price depends on the weight, dimensions, and speed. Here's a guide for a light parcel with clothing or small gifts:

- 1 kg Economy: from £8 to £12. Delivery time: 14–21 business days. - 5 kg Standard: £35–50, delivery time: 12–18 days. - 10 kg: £55–80. - Documents up to 0.5 kg: £15–25, sent via a separate stream, 7–10 days.

What will customs allow?

In 2026, the duty-free limit for individuals in Russia remains €200 and 31 kg per parcel. Above that, there's a 15% duty on the excess. For electronics more expensive than €200, the duty adds up quickly: a £900 laptop will incur around £100 in extra charges.

Gifts, personal belongings, clothing, shoes, books, cosmetics — no problem. Electronics — yes, but not all (see below about sanctions). Medications — only without a prescription and in small quantities for personal use.

What won't get through?

Currently under EU and UK sanctions: professional drones, thermal imagers, dual-use equipment, server processors (Intel Xeon, AMD EPYC), branded clothing over €300, jewelry over €300, and certain categories of auto parts.

Seven steps from order to receipt

1. Calculate the cost using the calculator. Enter the weight, dimensions, and the recipient's country and city. 2. Register in your personal account. Get your UK address for purchases in British stores (optional). 3. Pack the parcel at home or order delivery to our warehouse from the store. 4. Create the shipment in your account: specify the contents for the customs declaration, and pay. 5. Receive a PDF label by email. Print it, stick it on, and hand it over to the courier or bring it to the office. 6. Receive a tracking number. The status is updated in your personal account and in WhatsApp. 7. The recipient picks up the parcel at the pickup point or at home, depending on the city.

When is it best not to send?

If the parcel is worth more than €600 — calculate the duty in advance so that the recipient isn't surprised by the bill. If the item is under sanctions — don't try to deceive the declaration; the parcel will be returned by customs, and the delivery costs will not be refunded.

Before major holidays (December, March), delivery times are extended by 5–10 days. If it's needed by a specific date — choose Express or allow extra time.
